Sending Excel sheet by Lotus Notes

Hi Folks

Can anyone help with some code which allow me to send a
sheet via Lotus Notes e-mail as opposed to Outlook?

Using the VBA for Outlook merely opens an e-mail within
Lotus Notes, it doesn't address the e-mail nor send it.

Any help appreciated.
