Printing more pages than necessary

Hi Ken,

In the menu Insert-Name-Define

Define the range name
Print_Area
as
=OFFSET(Sheet1!$A$1,0,0,COUNT(Sheet1!$J:$J),10)

This will automatically limit the range to cells
in column J that have non-blank entries.
