How to eliminate "X"sign (= ALT+F4) on UserForm in my VBA project ?

Hi,
ist it possible, to eliminate the "X" sign on the UserForm ?
How can I do it ?

On the UserForm I've programmed my own "CLOSE" Button, which makes
that the file is saved in two different folders.
I dont'want, that user close the UserForm and close and save the file
from standard Excel Save Option.

Thanks for advice(s)
Robert
