Grouping in a Pivot Table
Shinichi,
No sites that I am aware of, but to change how your data is grouped, simply drag / drop the row field button right or left to increase or decrease its sort order: more important fields to the left. However, if you want unrelated fields to stay together, you may need to create a 'helper' column in your data set (using a formula to concatenate field data), and sort based on that field. HTH, Bernie Excel MVP "Shinichi" wrote in message ... Is there any site that shows "grouping" of a Pivot Table? I have to group rows based on multiple conditions but I am clueless where to start. Any help is appriciated. Shinichi |
