Minimize workwook and then maximize UserForm
 

Hi,
I'd like to have a userform activated once a workbook is open, but to do
that I need first that the workbook is minimized and afterthat I'd like the
form to appear on the screen, is it possible? THe problem I have is that if
I minimize the workbook the form isn't shown!
