Excel :: Creating Entry Forms that auto load a workbook
If your predefined spreadsheet looks like a table (one row per record), then you
could take a look at Data|form. It might be close to what you want--but not quite. I'd look at John Walkenbach's Enhanced DataForm http://j-walk.com/ss/dataform/index.htm It might be so close....
