You can use Data Validation:
1. Select the cell(s) in which you want the list 2. Choose DataValidation. 3. From the Allow drop-down list, choose List 4. In the Source box, type: Yes, No 5. Click OK. Note: Users will be required to match the case in the list, (e.g. "no" will be an invalid entry because of the lower case letters) You can also refer to a list on worksheet, which is not case sensitive.
