Error 9 is subscript out of range.
Set cell = Workbooks("0620.Xls").Sheets("d.o.").Range
Set update = Workbooks("0620.Xls").Sheets(b).Range("d26")

choices are
no workbook namd 0620.xls

no sheet name d.o.

no sheet with the name in variable b
