Why am I getting NA
 

I was surfing Chip Perason web page- real good stuff there- and came about
the following formula
=INDEX(Rng,MATCH(MAX(COUNTIF(Rng,Rng)),COUNTIF(Rng ,Rng),0))

I was interested in trying it out
so in Col A I placed

Named range Rng(a1 to a7)=Sheet1!$A$1:$A$8

I placed the above formula in C10
The answer I got was N/A
What Am I doing wrong
