Default Userform button options

Use checkboxes if you want to be ableto select more than one option. Use option buttons if you want to be able to select only one
item.

I have the following buttons on a userform. The problem
that I'm having is that for the Cert type buttons I want
one to be highlighted because if I press a button for the
consignor options the Cert type button will unhighlight
and fill in the one of the consignor buttons. Is there any
way I could make it stick or have two buttons highlighted
at the same time?

Cert Type: Consignor :

8130-3 Air Canada
Material Cert United Airlines
Other Lufthansa Technik
