Excel cell format to 2006-07-18 14:30:20.120 How ?
 
I need to write a cell format that includes 1/100 of a sec. in Excel.

the only optiona available are yy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss how do I get a better
resolution?

To produce the format that's in your subject line, you would use:

yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.000
