This is a really quick fix. but maybe some help to you.

Sub Alphabet()
Dim j As Integer
Dim k As Integer
Dim i As Integer

k = 1
For k = 0 To 10
j = 65
For i = (1 + (25 * k)) To (1 + (25 * k)) + 25
If k = 0 Then
Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A" & i).Value = "=char(" & j & ")"
j = j + 1
Else
Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("A" & i).Value = "=char(" & (k + 64) & ") &
char(" & j & ")"
j = j + 1
End If
Next i
Next k
End Sub

To change how many series you have decrease / increase the k loop
Example - For k = 0 To 11

note: this will only go to ZZ

Like down a column?

I'd use this formula
=SUBSTITUTE(ADDRESS(1,ROW(A1),4),"1","")
and copy down.

Then I'd convert it to values (edit|copy, edit|paste special|values)
