adding a prefix to cells
 

I wish to add "B03-" to each cell in a column of numbers. I'm sure it's
really simple to do, but I can't seem to find out how. The column has
about 1,500 four digit numbers, so I don't want to do it manually.
Please could someone help me!

format as custom "B03" - #.##0
