Chart Titles not showing in excel chart Window

Excel chart titles do not show in the chart window BUT are in file and
shows in Print view mode and prints just fine. The file works on our
other computers with Excel. with no problem. Is ther some other excel
comment that shuts down the titles from showing in the chart window?
We reloaded the Office Suite and the problem is occurs.

anyone had this viewing problem????
