Undoing formula

If I use =sheet1!a2 to insert a value into a box on sheet two is there
any way that I can then remove the formula in the box whilst keeping
the value?
Thanks

Phil

To freeze values, just do an "in-place":
Copy Paste special Check "Values" OK
