Range name: Change from sheet specific to global

I have a number of range names that are specific to one worksheet within my
workbook. I'd like to change them to apply to the entire workbook. Is there
an efficient way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Jan Karel Pieterse's (with Charles Williams and Matthew Henson) Name Manager has
this as a feature (localize or globalize the name).

You can find it at:
NameManager.Zip from http://www.oaltd.co.uk/mvp
