My delete row button deletes only the cell not the row. Bug?
 

Insert row button works fine but delete row button only deletes only the
active cell and shifts the column up wreaking havoc with the spreadsheet.
This is a downloaded beta version of Office 2003 running on a PC

My delete row button deletes only the cell not the row. Bug?
