Pivot Table or something?

I have a supplier that has switched forecasting formats and now send me
a CSV file that is impossible to format into usable data. Is there
anyway to convert this file so that I can have all the data including
the dates in a pivot format or something like it for ease of
useability?
I have attached an example of what I see.

Pivot Table or something?

Dear Liamsdad,

The file you are being sent is a Comma Separaterd Value file and
basically is one that has commas separating the data. To use this, all
you need to do is open the file as a text file (using notebook for
instance), copy the contents of the file (CtrlA, CtrlC) and paste this
into your blank spread sheet (CtrlV).
You can do the same thing importing the file into Excel, but is can be
a little more tricky until you are used to it. To do this, you will
have to save the CSV file somewhere before importing them into Excel.

Hope this helps
