Drop-down list problem
Hi all...Here's my question: Is it possible to create "multi-layered" drop-down lists...as in, you click on a cell and get a drop-down list of items to select, whereby selecting one of those items creates a "sub-dropdown" list of more specific items in the category originally selected in the first dropdown list? A classic example of this would be (for you eBay listers out there) how you select the most specific category for which to list an item...only I would prefer to stay away from any SERIOUS programming. Finding a solution to this will help alleviate a much greater problem for which I am trying to find another solution for elsewhere on this board. Thanks in advance for the help! -- jgn2112 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ jgn2112's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=36175 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=559570 |
