Printing certain cells in excel.
I have a large Excel document with a bunch of different projects listed in it
that contains information. Some projects are complete, some are not completed. What I want to be able to do is when I go to print, to only print the projects that are not completed. I don't know if there is like a button that I can attach to a certain row to tell Excel that that project is done or if there is an easy way to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated! |

You can try filtering the list to show only projects that are not completed,
by going to Data -- Filter -- AutoFilter from the top menu. -Simon "jeff" wrote: I have a large Excel document with a bunch of different projects listed in it that contains information.
