How can I Export data from to Access to an Excel Template
 

I want to export data from Access (a table) to a speadsheet that if
pre-formated. ie a template.

Or is there a way to change the default cell size in Excel such that when I
export the Access table the cell size are expanded.

Or is there a way to automatically "auto format" a speadsheet when it is
populated (data received from an Access export.
