Text Wrap
I have a cells that have been merged..The Text Wrap
doesn't work anymore. Is there a another way to format my cell so that all of my text shows? (Like in MS Access.."Can Grow") Any Ideas? Denise |
Trying it myself, if you do Text Wrap and Merge Cells together under Format,
Cells (XL2002) then it works fine. Are you doing something different to this? HTH, David Jessop "Denise" wrote: I have a cells that have been merged..The Text Wrap doesn't work anymore. Merged cells will allow "wrap text" from FormatCellsAlignment but.......... Excel has a problem auto-fitting merged cells. You can resize manually or via Macro. Jim Rech has written code for this. http://groups.google.com/groups?thre...%40tkmsftngp05 Note also a recent adaptation of this code by Greg Wilson. http://makeashorterlink.com/?P37D24B15 The best cure is DON"T USE MERGED CELLS. They cause no end of problems with copying, pasting, sorting, filtering.
