Dynamic lists - IF function does not work!
 

Hi,

I want to have a list (ok with that bit) which is actually dynamic
depending on the value in a certain cell. Ie: if you are in department
x, the list will only show codes appliacble to deprtament X, whereas if
you enter department Y - a different list appears.

I know how to do the lists and look ups but it is the dynamic lists bit
that I am stuck with.

Does anyone have any idea?

You may be able to use data|validation and dependent lists.
