Special Menu activates Web Toolbar
 

Greetings:
When opening a read-only file the "long" way
ie: file, open ................ file name,
all works as expected.
I just created a special menu and attached a number of frequently used files
to this menu.
Now, when opening these read only files, either with macros disabled or
enabled, the Web tool bar opens up.
Why?
How does one stop the Web Tool Bar from opening?
