Getting OIP-04154
 

I'm receiving "NonBlockingState : <OIP-04154: Operation is valid only
when non-blocking operation is in progress while making a query to an
Oracle Database. So my excel funciton is producing an error. Does anyone
know what is this OIP-04154 issue? I'm using Excel 2002 and OO4O
9.2.0.3.
