Textbox changes position on a copied excel-sheet

In Excel 2000 a whole sheet can be easily copied with all details, using ctrl
and the mouse.
In Excel 2007 Textboxes and cliparts are on a different Position on the new
sheet.
I think this is a mistake of excel 2007, or is there an option to select?
