VIEW a hyperlinked docs in a emails workbook?

How can I get my users to view a file I have HYPERLINKED into my excel
spreadsheet when I mail them the attachment? Is there an option I have to
set?

Exactly what type of problem are they having? They should be able to open
the Excel workbook and click a hyperlink and go there.

The exception to this is if the hyperlink is to a file or location that is
not accessible via the internet (or other network as LAN) such as being on
your local computer. So if you have a hyperlink that starts off looking
something like:

file:///\\ComputerName\Folder\File.doc
or
file:///D:\Folder\File.doc

then in the first example, unless their system can get to the computer via
their connection, they cannot open that file or document. In the second
example, when they click the link they will be trying to find the file on
their local computer's D:\ drive.
