Networkdays shows as #NAME even though I have the toolpack instal.
 
Try retyping NETWORKDAYS in all caps. That solved the problem I was having.

NETWORKDAYS is part of the Analysis Tool Pak add in, so this must
be loaded. Go to the Tools menu, choose Add-Ins and select
Analysis Tool Pak from the list.
