I did not understand what is cc,

but:

Format | Cell | Custom

ccyymmdd

Make sure that the cell is really a date (not text that looks like a date).

Format|Cells|Custom
type
yyyymmdd
in that custom box

Ok.

CC=the leftmost 2 digits in the 4 digit year string.

=int(year/100)
