Updating external data

Hi, I apologize if this has already been asked but I did not see it. I have
a worksheet with about 1000 rows of data from the web linked to it. Whenever
I go to update the data, all of the information comes back all distorted, in
rows where it should not be. Is there any way to ensure the data stays where
it should after the update, as the cells are linked to another worksheet so
it is causing some issues there. Thanks in advance for any help.

It sounds like the data you are retrieving has had it's format changed. This
happens sometimes, (actually to me, a lot, from my MIS dept <g). Probably
your linking or Query or macro will have to be re-written.
