Adding data to coloured cells

I am using excel 2000

I have a very large spreadsheet used for staff scheduling, each day a
person works the cell is coloured red

Is it possible to find each red cell and enter 1, so that I can do some
analysis on days worked etc

Thanks in advance

Paul

Adding data to coloured cells

You could try filtering by colour then do so. See
