Keep consistent between two worksheets

I have two worksheet contain same customer's name in column B, but they might
be in different row, how can I make sure they are in same row between two
worksheet, also when I add new customer's name by inserting row in worksheet
one, how can it be added to worksheet two in the same row so that they are
always consistent?

Thanks a great!!

Some thoughts .. perhaps use either vlookup or index / match (lookup cust
name) to dynamically extract particulars from data entered in one sheet to
the other. The cust names in the 2nd sheet need not be in the same order as
the those listed in the first sheet.

Try Debra's nice coverage on VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH at her:

INDEX/MATCH

There's also some sample workbooks available for d/l & study
