I don't know if i am positing in the right place, but I can't seem to find a
place for bug reports.

I have a long sheet, with freeze enabled, the scroll bar seems to hang and
crash when I drag it up and down. I am using Windows XP with SP2 (updates are
the latest) and have arabic language enabled.

Just reporduced the problem here are the steps...

1 - Oen new sheet
2 - Goto a scrollable row like 100
3 - type anything there
4 - Goto and select say row 4
5 - Freeze pane
6 - Choose Column say D till End of Sheet
7 - Hide columns
8 - Try and use the vertical scoll bar which will now go crazy

What version are you using? I tried your steps and everything
worked fine in Excel 2003.
