Copy an entire sheet

When I select an entire sheet (selecting the top left corner of Row and
Columns) and paste over another sheet (selecting the same top corner) it
gives a warning message that the "data on the clipboard is not the same size
as.....). Then when I select ok it pastes the data over the top of existing
data. It does not paste the entire sheet. Eg Sheet where I copy from has 200
rows of info. Sheet where I paste to has 250 rows of existing . After
selecting the entire sheet it pastes in the 200 rows and leave the original
remaing 50 rows, when really these rows should now be blank cells.
This only happens on my terminal and not on other users machines. Is there
some option or setting to correct this.

Copy an entire sheet

Hi,

Are you sure you tried it with the same excel sheet on other terminals ?

As far as I know, excel treats the blank cells as no data, and thus when you
do a select sheet it will only take the data in the cells up to the end cell
and not up to the end of the sheet. This is of course to save memory, which
is logical because it would take an incredible amount of memory to copy the
whole sheet even with empty cells.

One trick to pass this, is to go to the 250th row and put a value in there,
when you copy and paste, it will take all the empty cells with it.

Maybe Microsoft guys can fix it so it will blank the rest of the sheet !!
