how do you keep one row on top as you page down?
 

I came across an excel sheet that kept the first row on top as you paged down
to assist in defing what each column was as you scrolled down. How do you do
that?

Highlight row 2, then from the menu bar: Window Freeze Panes. The row(s)
above your selection will be locked in place as you scroll.

Select cell A2
Goto WindowFreeze Panes
