HELP! Drop Down Box is Going Up Instead of Down
 

Is there a way to force the drop down lists to only open downwards? I
have my drop down boxes at the top of the spreadsheet and for some
reason, it is opening up and I am unable to see half of the list as it
is off of the screen.
