Change the length of the page bar
 

Currently on some of my spreadsheets, the bar at the side of excel is
really small, ie so if you pull it all the way down to the bottom it
goes to page 1000 and something stupid.

How do I make the bar smaller, so that the view is that of just the
data in the sheet, or one page view.

Change the length of the page bar

Find the bottom row of your data.

Select the row below that then hit SHIFT + End + Downarrow

EditDeleteEntire Rows.

Do same for all columns to the right of your data.

NOW......IMPORTANT.............Save/close and re-open the workbook.
