No file was attached; attachments are frowned upon in these newsgroups;
moreover most knowledgeable users will not open attachments from unknown
sources. A good description in the body of your post will get you much
farther.

The file is named 'Graham.zip', refer to the original post to see the
file.

I understand that files may not be opened because of the threat of
visuses.

However, I can confirm that the file does not contain a virus.

Regards

Graham

You don't explain which statistics you want.

Cheers

I need statistics for the following:
The most important is time to do assessments and time to inspect for
individuals (graph)

Pie Chart for overall time to verify against total time

Pie Chart for overall time to inspect against total time

Anything else would be a bonus I will leave it up to you to identify
areas that could be developed

You have managed to get the workbook posted, but still have not addressed the
fundamental problem that most knowlegeable users are unwilling to open that
workbook.

A pie chart is one of the fundamental chart types in Excel, so what is it
about your situation that makes production of pie charts less than obvious
here?

Pending an adequate description of your situation, perhaps you would find
Jon Peltier's charting tutorial of use
http://www.peltiertech.com/Excel/ChartsHowTo/index.html
Also note that in his introduction, he touches very lightly on a great deal
of perception research that shows pie charts to be an extremely poor way to
communicate quantitative information.
