I am working with some spreadsheets ~3000 rows each. I have a formula that I
need to implement into them. I was told that there is a shortcut to copy the
formula down through the column instead of using the fill handle. Do any of
you know what this shortcut is? My supervisor said he had seen it done, but
couldn't remember how to do it.

Thanks.

Double-click the fill handle. That will fill down current column as long as
there is data in previous column.

Just for info David.

The d-click and fill will work if data in either adjacent column.
