Can This Be Done???

I am attempting to use Excel to track purchases of vehicles by make and
model. I have a list of each make of a car (ex. Ford, GMC, etc) in a pull
down list for a given cell in one column. In the adjacent column, I wish to
make a pull down list of just the models of the specific make chosen in the
previous column. For example, if Ford is chosen in the first column, I want
the pull down menu to list just the ford cars in the next colum or GMC so on
and so forth so that I do not have to go through every model. Is there any
way to possibly do this in excel?

It's called 'Dependant Lists' and you can find out all about them at Debra
Dalgleish's web page on the subject:
