Can I change all of the headers/footers in a workbook at the same time,
rather than having to go to each individual worksheet within a workbook and
change them one by one?

Group the sheets you want to fix.

Click on the first worksheet tab and ctrl-click on subsequent.

Then file|pagesetup and do your changes.

Remember to ungroup the sheets when you're done. Almost anything you do to a
sheet in a group will be done to the others in that group.
