Adding lines of data to an area chart
Hi, I have an area chart that has a timeline as the x-axis (ie # of days) and a % as the y-axis. I'd like to be able to add a data series onto the chart as a line rather than have it make up part of the area chart. (I'd effectively like the area chart to act as a background and to overlay multiple data series as lines over the top) Am I making sense? Could anyone suggest how this could be done? Adding lines of data to an area chart
Use the 2Y axis for your line chart and set the numbers on the 2Y axis accordingly so the lines fall where you want them to. 2Y formatting is separate and apart from Y. -- SAR ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SAR's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=34172 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=554217 |
