I have created a spreadsheet, more for presentation purposes than anything
else. It shows some tables etc. I want to view this so I can see just the work I have done and nothing else. For example, the view/page break preview is exactly what I want except it has 'Page 1' running across the middle of the page. So, can I either get rid of the Page 1 or create another view to give me similar results? Thanks. |

You can hide the unused rows and columns which will duplicate the page break
display. Select the *entire* column past your last column of data, then: <Ctrl <Shift <RightArrow Right click in the selection and choose "Hide". Same for rows, using the <DownArrow. -- HTH, RD ================================================== === Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ================================================== === "Stuart" wrote in message ... That'll do the trick. Thanks.

Stuart
After hiding the rows and columns as RD suggests, click on ViewCustom ViewsAdd. Give a name to that view and OK. Now unhide everything and go to Custom Views and Add and give that a name. Now you can switch back and forth from hidden to unhidden views. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Wed, 21 Jun 2006 07:39:01 -0700, Stuart wrote: That'll do the trick. Thanks.
