Save as (look in)

Office 2003

I cannot remeber how to add another "look in" to existing default icons
shown on the left when asking to "save as" document file.(I wish to add
floppy disc to it)
Hope I have explained ok?

TIA

Save as (look in)

File|SaveAs
Go to the A: drive
Tools (at the top left)
Add to my places

A word of warning. When you save directly to the A: drive, you're asking for
trouble. Excel can quickly exhaust the space on a floppy or you could swap
disks.

Files get corrupted easier and working off a floppy disk (any removeable media,
in my opinion) is a bad thing.

I'd save to the harddrive (or Network drive) and use windows explorer to
transfer files.

Please don't do it.
