Save button will not work- greyed out?
 

Save button and "Save as" command are always greyed out as options. Same
with Copy, Paste, Send To commands, but I figure what is causing one is
causing all. No other programs open... same thing with any Excel file I
have- network or local... I have reinstalled Office... do not have the same
problem with Word... no dialogue box open... looked for viruses & other
general PC health issues... help!

Click HELP in any Office product and select ACTIVATE PRODUCT, that might be
what's causing your menu's to not work. You'll need and internet connection
to do this online. It can be done by phone but I've never had that
experience.

Nope, I'm all activated. Thanks though! I should have mentioned ALL the
'save' alternatives on the menu are ineffective. Also the 'Properties' for
the spreadsheet won't work.
