Consolidate multiple worksheets in a workbook into one
 

I am trying to consolidate duplicate names from several worksheets into one.
I have several clinics that keep track of referring physicians. I want to
combine the physician names from each clinic as one physician name with a
total of all referrals from the same physican at each clinic. How would I go
about doing that?
