is it possible to generate a payslip in excel? or if i have a template of payslip in another sheet, then how can i generate a payslip without linking each cell of a payroll report one by one? since we have thousands of employees, it's really hard to link them one by one. thanks a lot! -- si_ako ------------------------------------------------------------------------ si_ako's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=35078 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=553027 |

Maybe consider producing the payslip in WORD and doing a mail merge based on
the payroll data in your Excel spreadsheet. If you do it in Excel, then you (probably) need to write VBA code to loop through your Excel database and produce the payslips. It is difficult to give the answer without detailed knowledge of the data and
format of the pay slip. Can you post an example spreadsheet showing data and layout/format of payslip?
