Pivot tables and column data
Hello -
I have a pivot table and in the column area I have a field called type. I have two types that appear RD and RQ. My first issue is I don't want them added together, and want to get rid of the grand total field in each row of data. My second question is I want to show the results of RD/RQ as a percentage and want to show the values of RQ and RD as well as the %. Thanks for any help. Marc |

On the pivottable, right-click the field you want to change the criteria on,
and go to "field settings". Also go to "table options" for the grand total options. "Marc" wrote in message ... Hello - I have a pivot table and in the column area I have a field called type. Pivot tables and column data
Hi Liz -
Thanks for getting back to me. I found the table options and got rid of the grand total. As far as the calculated field, I want to add a field that does not currently appear in the pivot table data. For example if the results of RD are 6 and the results of RQ are 2009 I want a column to be generated that shows .30%. Thanks for your time.
