Excell 2003 copy function properties

After using the copy button on a cell or range of cells, I can no longer
paste this range if I make any other changes to the spreadsheet. Is there any
way to keep the paste button pointed to the range until I use the copy button
on a new range?

Thanks for your help, Terry

If you hit copy twice in rapid succession, it should open the Microsoft
Clipboard, where you can store multiple selections and paste from there.

Liz, Thanks for your help.
This is a bit more cumbersome than I hoped for, but it seems to work better
than continually losing your copied cells.
