open and save an entire folder
 

I need to save a folder for a coworker. Do I have to save each file
individually or can I save the entire folder all at once?

Not quite sure what you are trying to do here. You have a folder with a
bunch of Excel files in it? Is your coworker opening the files? Where are
the files located?
